The Mandolay is positioned near Guildford Castle and Pewley Down, a rolling grassland nature reserve on 23 acres with town views & footpaths. Located just off the A3 and is a 10-minute drive from the mainline station ‘Guildford’ and a 35-minute drive from Heathrow and Gatwick Airport.
#DidYouKnow The Mandolay itself has played a small, but significant part in the history of the town, as the private home of the parents of mathematician and computer pioneer Alan Turing. Alan himself stayed here on many occasions during visits to Guildford.
